Assessment and Treatment

Our assessment units are state-of-the-art and offer a comprehensive, residential assessment for patients referred to us who will benefit long-term from our expert, holistic approach to their needs. Our services go far beyond what you would expect and can be tailored to include EEG, Video Telemetry, Neuropsychological testing, behavioural, communication, living skills and risk assessments. We are focused on the person, not their condition. That means we strive to ensure that every patient can fulfil their own potential, be that through rationalisation of medication, social activities or life skills. Our aim is to improve health, self-confidence and wellbeing.

Education and Life Skills

We provide tailored learning and education for learners aged from 16 to 65 via our Sixth Form, Further Education College and our continuing adult education provision ‘Footsteps'. Every single student is treated as an individual with their own individually tailored learning programme.

Pathways and Community

We support adults with complex needs including epilepsy and learning difficulties, to attain quality of life and to maximise their living skills in a safe environment. With a highly skilled, trained and experienced multi-disciplinary team of social care and medical staff, we are able to assess people whose epilepsy may be poorly controlled and enable them to achieve optimum control, thereby improving their health, self-confidence and wellbeing.
